Rent the chalet in summer ...
Our “Mountain Chalet Ederalm”, newly built in 2018, is located approx. 200 meters from the Kohlmaismittelstation and can be reached by car in summer via the Bergeralmweg. There is storage space for bicycles (e-bikes, mountain bikes) and cars at the accommodation.
Thanks to the optimal location at the Kohlmaismittelstation, you can directly enter the Bike Circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm and start the most beautiful hikes from here. With the included Saalbach Hinterglemm Joker Card you can use the open lifts and all other discounts, such as B. use the outdoor pool "Käpt'n Hook".
In addition, our restaurant, the “Ederalm”, is located approx. 150 meters above the “Mountain Chalet Ederalm”.

Rent the chalet in winter ...
The "Mountain Chalet Ederalm", located directly on ski slope no. 151, can be reached in winter via the Kohlmaisbahn.
On arrival, we recommend bringing your luggage to the Kohlmaistalstation, after which you can either use a paid parking lot directly at the train station or the free parking lot about 1 kilometer away at “Ederfeldweg” on the main road. The luggage is brought by train to the Kohlmais middle station and from there at around 16 p.m. we transport it to the “Mountain Chalet Ederalm”. Please note that you need a valid ski pass for the lift ride with the Kohlmaisbahn to the chalet. Use winter-proof shoes, as the hut can only be reached from the middle station on foot or on skis.
Check in: Arrival should be between 13 p.m. and 16 p.m. at the latest, as this is the last possibility of the ascent.
Check-Out: On the day of departure, we will bring your luggage back to the Kohlmaismittelstation at 8:30 a.m.
