In summer you can drive to the chalet via the Bergeralmweg, in winter the chalet is located directly on the ski slope and can therefore only be reached with the Kohlmais cable car.
We transport your luggage for you from the Kohlmaismittelstation to the chalet and back. Read how exactly all of this works here.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the chalet. This is of course due on the one hand to the location (alpine farming & alpine life) and on the other hand to the large amount of natural wood in the chalet. We want to keep that for our guests.
The Mountain Chalet is located DIRECTLY on the slopes. So you can ski as much as you want.
There are beds for 8 people.

Yes, there are car parking spaces in the yard.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the farm.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the ski slope or you can go straight to the ski bus. It is possible to return to the house on skis.
